2015 Major Schema Overhaul: DOL introduced an entirely new column naming convention.
All
LCA_CASE_* prefixes dropped. New fields added: agent/attorney info, employer phone,
employer country/province, worksite county, prevailing wage level, H-1B dependent flag, and willful violator flag.
Dual work locations collapsed to a single worksite. Wage changed from a range to a single rate.
Two column names contain spaces: `TOTAL WORKERS` and `WILLFUL VIOLATOR`.
| Employer | City | State | Job Title | SOC Occupation | Visa | Workers | Wage | Per | Full Time | Worksite City | Worksite State | Status | Start Date | Submitted | Case No. |
